Gonzalo has a background education in politics and human resources, but his passion for cooking has always been with him. Over the past 20 years Gonzalo has worked as a chef all over Latin America, and he is always excited to express his culinary expertise. With his pleasant, down to earth attitude, he is a pleasure to interact with and plays a vital role on the Oceanside team. In his spare time, Gonzalo loves to surf, be with his wife and children, and tend to his fruit orchard.
